Registration Procedure
Registration must be accompanied by payment or confirmation of payment. Application for registration by telephone will not be accepted.

In case the card holder is different than the person to be registered, please download and fill in the authorization form (.doc file) and return it by fax +30 2610- 995 691, Ms. Loukia Simonoviki-Kordopati. Otherwise, the registration will not be processed.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation or substitution must be made in writing or by fax to the Congress Organiser. The date of the postmark is considered as cancellation date. Refunds will be given
after the meeting.
